Kevin has a varied practice, with an emphasis on administration issues and litigation, ranging from wildlife and fisheries issue to wrongful dismissal and general civil litigation including family and some criminal matters.
Kevin grew up in Ontario and attended Wilfrid Laurier University graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1985. Kevin worked in various industry and human resources positions before attending the University of British Columbia in 1989 to study law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1992 and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1993.
After articling, Kevin practiced in Kamloops at as a partner at Oien Church and moved to Morelli Chertkow LLP, at which firm he practiced both in Kamloops and then Williams Lake from 2012 until March 2023.
Since their move to Williams Lake, Kevin and his wife have settled into the rural life of the Cariboo.
Kevin is active in the conservation community in BC and has been on numerous committees and Boards advocating for wildlife, fish and their habitats. Kevin and his wife are avid outdoors people who spend their leisure time angling, hunting and otherwise in the outdoors.
Coral practices primarily in the areas of family law and litigation. She completed her articles with Morelli Chertkow in the Williams Lake office and was called to the Bar in May 2017.

Coral is originally from the Williams Lake area, but completed her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George. She then moved to Kamloops to complete her Juris Doctor degree, graduating in 2016. During the summer of 2015, Coral participated in the summer student placement program with the Rural Education and Access to Lawyers Initiative (REAL), and spent the summer working at Morelli Chertkow in Williams Lake.
Coral had enjoyed serving her home community since being called to the bar and looks forward to many years to come. In her spare time she enjoys playing hockey, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
